2. Promotion open to all UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and RoI residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate

4. One entry per person.
5. The promotion closes on Friday 30th November 2007.
6. The prize consists of a trip to Cape Town for 2 people for 7 nights in a 4* star hotel. Return flights, £500 spending money, car hire, transfers, accommodation including breakfast and travel insurance are included. Transport to and from the departure airport are the responsibility of the
winner.
7. The Cape Town trip cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays or Bank Holidays (both UK & South Africa) and must be taken before 31st December 2008. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest have valid travel documentation.
8. The accommodation is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room.
9. To take up the car hire the nominated driver/s must be over the aged 25 or over and have held a full and clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years from the closing date of this promotion. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver, supplementary liability insurance, handling
fees, local taxes, airport fees and environmental taxes. The driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for a security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
10. Return flights are from either London Heathrow or Dublin airport.
11. The winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
12. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday
12th December 2007.
13. The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. No cash or other alternative prize are available, except that in the
event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award similar prize of equal or greater value.
15. By entering this promotion all participants
